This concert will feature the works of composers such as Mozart, Bellini, Ned Rorem, Landon Ronald, Samuel Barber, Enrique Granados, Kurt Weill, Jerome Kern and Richard Rogers.
She is preparing for a career in choral music education. Spindler, daughter of Patricia Spindler, is a 2018 graduate of Minooka Community High School and is currently a student of Courtney Huffman Frye from Bradley's Department of Music. Hallie Spindler, a senior majoring in vocal music education at Bradley, will present a soprano voice recital. It also will feature works from composers such as David Maslanka, Tom Davoren, David Biedenbender and John Mackey. The concert is a smattering of selections from around the world, with music from Bulgaria, Brazil, England and Albania. This is also the first official concert at Bradley under the baton of Darrell Brown, the Department of Music’s new director of bands and successor to the recently retired David Vroman. This will be their first full-band concert with an audience in Dingeldine Music Center since March 2020. The Bradley Symphonic Band and Symphonic Winds are pleased to present their fall concert. Symphonic Band and Symphonic Winds Concert All attendees, both the media and the general public, are required to follow Bradley's COVID-19 protocol.
